Beliggenheten var fin, gangavstand til Dudley sentrum og buss-stasjonen. Sengemadrassene var gode. Kom med fly til Birmingham tok tog fra Birmingham International til Birmingham New Street og tog derfra til Dudley Port så buss til hotellet - raskt, greit og billig. (Bussforbindelse til Birmingham New Street rett utenfor hotellet, men dette tar noe lengre tid enn buss og tog.
