General Manager was collapsed, and checkin as well. apart from that evth great.
Very nice receptionist that always tried to help with everything he could, comfortable beds, good central location in t the village, close to very good restaurants (especially Kraken restaurant), lots of nature hikes to do just kilometers away by car, a very beautiful area with its unique Araucaria Forests and waterfalls
The hotel had a new owner since a week back and she is doing her best as fast as possible to improve everything that needs improvement, i am sure that when she is ready with all the work it will be the best hotel in the area
