The location is good, very close to the beaches (you can get an umbrella and 2 chairs for 10€/day at the Capana beach https://mapy.cz/s/hukodagocu) or even closer there is the free public beach. The railroad is very close and the trains cause loud noise, but it is only very short and not too busy - in a few days one can get used to it. The pine grove is perfect - very pleasant to rest in during a hot day. The main street Viale Gabriele d'Annunzio becomes a pedestrian zone after 21:00 for a pleasant walk with ice cream. The Schiuma restaurant provided delicious pinsa (pizza) and the Vecchio Frantoio offered perfect sea food, all in a local non-touristic style.

Nice town near the sea with exellent beach. Calm and quiet place to relax by the sea. Good for cycling and walking along the sea. Lots of shops and restaurants. We especially liked the restaurant for those who love fish Lido Gabbiano and the best arrosticini in the restaurant Lu Stracapanz.

I had never been to Pineto and no idea of its existence.
I had never been to Pineto and no idea of its existence. Fortunately, a good friend of mine was getting married to a women who has family in this lovely place. I stayed in Hotel Abruzzo, about 10-15mins walk from Pineto train station, and 2 minutes from the best cafe, bar Tropicana, and pizza restaurant Pizz’Ardente (recommended by locals). The cycle route is great and you can easy travel down the coast by bike or train. You can also venture up the hills to see some stunning views and visit towns with an interesting history.

The whole staff - and especially in the kitchen/restaurant -were sweet, helpful, cheerful, always knowing the guests. The beach was splendid, largely clean, sandy with some pebbles. The depth of the water is perfect both for children and swimmers. There were a looot of shells to collect, even special ones. The pool is not large, but enough. The rooms were ok, not amazing, but clean, very comfortable beds, a bit small space, but we did not spend too much time in the hotel.

The owners are very nice and super helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit! The breakfast is also fantastic. Particularly when eating outside on the beautifully designed terrace. Everything is quite new and you can really see, that the owners put a lot of thoughts into making everything as perfect as possible for the guests.
